Biography
Nailesh Gandhi is the only Indian on board of editorial Committee on Implantology for ‘Dental Asia. He has received his advance implant training from Dr.O’Hilt Tatum, Jr at US. His paper on implants received Best Paper award at the first South Asia Dental Congress held at Bombay in 1991. President – Indian Dental Association – 1994. Chairman-Pierre Fauchard Academy (USA) –India Section – 2003. Founder President – Society Of Oral Implantology,Gujarat-India. Organising Secretary,47th National Conference of Indian Dental Association,1993. Chairman – 7th National Conference of Indian Society of oral Implantology – 1999. National Chairman – Continuing Dental Education of Indian Dental Association 2001-2003. Chairman – 55th National Conference of Indian Dental Association – 2001. Member – Dental Council Of India – 1981-1997. Deputy regent (Western) – International College of Dentists (USA-India Section). Worked on various positions at city,state and national level of IDA. Worked as an executive member of the Indian Society of Oral Implantology for two years. Central Council member of Indian Dental Association 1974 till date.
